MANAGER FOR HARROW & WEALDSTONE - SHOPMOBILITY (BASED IN ST GEORGES CENTRE, HARROW).

Harrow Churches Housing Association, Creative Support and Harrow Council have developed an innovative extra care housing scheme for older people. We are seeking a dynamic senior team who will share our vision of a progressive and empowering service.

Service Manager • Full time

Up to £31,000 pa based on experience • Ref: 2621HRO

An experienced Manager is required to lead a high quality extra care housing project. You will ensure the quality of this flagship development by delivering highly responsive housing management & support services. You will also manage a housing related support service for tenants and older people living in the community. You must be able to promote a welcoming and inclusive service which involves local stakeholders. You must be enthusiastic and efficient, thrive on multi-tasking and able to develop strong partnerships.

Relevant experience of housing or support services is required.

 

Extra Care Manager • Full time

Up to £30,000 pa based on experience • Ref: 2622HRO

Deputy Extra Care Manager

Up to £24,855 pa based on experience • Ref: 2623HRO

We require a highly motivated Manager and Deputy Manager to organise the delivery of a flexible and reliable 24 hour care service. You must demonstrate a warm and positive approach and excellent knowledge of the care and support needs of older people. Assessment and care planning skills are essential. You must be able to motivate and manage staff to provide a personalised service. You must have relevant health or social care experience and a relevant qualification such as NVQ 4.

 

Housing Support Workers

Up to £19,000 pa based on experience • Ref: 2624HRO

We need graduate calibre people to provide a personalised housing related support service which enables older people to enjoy an active and inclusive lifestyle. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of agencies. 

 

Senior Extra Care Workers

Up to £17,550 pa based on experience • Ref: 2625HRO

We need two experienced person centred workers with high standards to provide direct care and to contribute to the coordination of the 24hr extra care service. As you will be a role model for staff you must be very reliable and professional. You must demonstrate the ability to supervise staff and promote good practice. Full or part time. 

 

Extra Care Workers • Full or part time

Up to £15,600 pa based on experience • Ref: 2626HRO

We are seeking warm, caring and person centred staff to provide personal care to older adults with support needs. You will be provided with training, including NVQ 2.

 

Waking Night Extra Care Workers

Up to £17,940 based on experience • Ref: 2627HRO

We require warm and caring extra care workers for waking nights. We are able to offer 2, 3 or 4 nights per week. Full training is provided.

 

Relief Extra Care Workers

£8.00 per hour + accrued holiday credit • Ref: 2628HRO

We require positive and reliable individuals to provide care and support for older adults with support needs on a relief basis. We can offer a choice of flexible hours and training.

All staff are subject to enhanced CRB disclosure checks.
